AXS Ticket Guide

Here’s what you need to know:

• Online Event Sale Date: Wednesday, January 17^th
• Concert tickets are available for purchase online only. Tickets cannot be printed or picked up.
• There is a ticket purchase limit of 4 tickets total per customer. 
• You will need to use an email address that you wish to have the tickets delivered to or one that you use with your current AXS account.
• Prices: 2 tickets for $136.40 (level 100’s) or 2 tickets for $152.00 (level 300’s) – tickets may only be purchased in pairs; Choosing “1” quantity represents 2 tickets.
• All sales are final; tickets are non-refundable unless the concert is cancelled.
• Tickets may not be resold.
• There is a ticket purchase limit of 4 tickets total per customer.

• Tickets go on sale beginning at 7:00am. PLEASE NOTE: Each concert will be released in 15-minute intervals.
• There is a ticket purchase limit of 4 tickets total per customer. 
• Each concert will have its own link listed under the performer’s photo.
• You will receive your electronic tickets in 2-3 weeks, delivered directly into your AXS account.
• Starport will make an announcement in the JSC Roundup Today and Starport Website when all tickets have been transferred.
• **PLEASE check your AXS account to make sure the tickets are in the account BEFORE heading to the Rodeo.
• A limited number of physical parking passes are available for purchase online and will need to be picked up at the Gilruth Center. A Starport representative will contact you via email when parking passes are ready for pickup.

Please note: ShopNASA.com has limited capacity and cannot reserve tickets in your cart, so make your purchases quickly as this is first come first served. If your tickets are not available when you check out, jump right back on that saddle, and grab another set. We figured this online option beats standing out in the cold for hours!
