- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Gilruth Center Gymnasium, Pickleball Courts
- Spectators welcome; Come support your favorite team and enjoy the event atmosphere.
Registration Fees – includes tournament fee, guaranteed games, complimentary drinks, and award opportunities.
- Team / 2 Players
- $50 Early Registration, until July 5
- $70 Late Registration, July 6 – July 12
- Individual / Open Pool – Will be matched with other individuals
- $25 Early Registration, until July 5
- $35 Late Registration, July 6 – July 12
- Must Register by July 12th
- No Refunds for any reason after July 12
Tournament Information:
- Divisions:
- Adult Division, ages 18–44b
- Masters Division, ages 45–59
- Legends Division, ages 60+
- Team placement will be determined by the age of the youngest player on the team. (Example: A 35-year-old and 55-year-old teammate will compete in the Adult Division)
- Tournament leadership reserves the right to adjust, combine, or expand divisions based on registration numbers.
- Format:
- Mixed Doubles Tournament
- Two-person teams
- Team or individual registration available / participants without partners may register individually and be placed into an open pool for team pairing opportunities.
- Pool play followed by championship bracket
- Top teams advance to playoff rounds
- Schedule:
- 7:15 AM – Check-In
- 7:50 AM – Welcome Message and tournament Rules
- 8:00 AM – Tournament Begins
- Event schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions.
- Awards & Participant Engagement
- Perpetual Championship Trophy / Winning team names added each year
- Division Champion Recognition
- Best Team Socks Competition – teams will compete based on creativity, team coordination, originality and overall presentation
