Introducing LiftOff Cafe’s partnership with local vendor, Space Craft BBQ! Come enjoy a brisket sandwich made with Space Craft BBQ’s Central Texas-style brisket on Liftoff’s large-seeded Brioche bun and topped with Space Craft BBQ sauce.

• Choose one side to pair with it: potato salad, beans, or house chips (Lays, Vickies, or Sunchips are $1.00 extra).
• Try it on a loaded baked potato!

The 4S Snack Shop is a designated space supporting the Randolph-Sheppard Act, enacted into law in 1936, intended to enhance employment opportunities for trained, licensed persons who are blind to operate food service on federal facilities.

 The 4S LiftOff Café is open from 7:00 – 10:00am and 11:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday.

The snack shop is closed on federal holidays.
