The Gilruth has three pavilions available for official NASA or Starport Partner related social gatherings at no charge, or by external renters or non Starport Partners for a fee. View our Rental Pricing here.
Live Oak Pavilion
The Live Oak Pavilion can accommodate 100+ people. The Live Oak is equipped with picnic tables, outside trash receptacles, and electricity. BBQ grills are available for an extra charge. Custom staging is not available for the pavilions.

Bluebonnet Pavilion
The Bluebonnet Pavilion can accommodate up to 50 people. It is equipped with picnic tables, outside trash receptacles, and electricity. BBQ grills are available for an extra charge. Custom staging is not available for pavilions.

New Pavilion @ B208 – Name TBD
Our new Pavilion (official name is TBD) is located at B208 and can accommodate up to 80 people. It is equipped with a bar/concession area with a full size refrigerator, picnic tables, outdoor furniture, outside trash receptacles, restrooms, and electricity. Firepits are seasonal and can only be used during potential cold weather months (September to April). Custom staging is not available for the pavilions.

- Daily (8 hours): $490.00
- BBQ grill, TV, Bluetooth speaker, and yard games can be added on for an additional $40.00 or total of $530.00 for an 8 hour rental.
