Active Adults
Monday and Wednesday 8:30 -9:30 am
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and functional fitness to enhance your daily living. A wide variety of equipment will be used to offer resistance (hand-held weights, elastic tubing, stability balls, etc.) as well as other techniques to strengthen the body such as balance, core strength, aerobic conditioning and stretching. This class is designed to improve the quality of life for our more mature members (50+) in mind.
Bodypump®
Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday 11:00am-12:00 pm
This class is a barbell total body workout that will have you looking lean, toned and fit in no time. Instructors will provide encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Cycle/Core
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 -6:30 pm
This combo class includes a 30-minute, high intensity indoor cycle class followed by 30-minutes of ab ripping core exercises. Get your cardio and strength training all in one in this unique class. Please note, bikes are limited and you must register for this class. If you are registered and show up after the class has started, your bike may have been given away to someone on the waiting list.
Taekwondo
Tuesday and Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm
Improve your strength, speed, stamina, balance, and flexibility while learning effective methods of self-defense! This Olympic-style (World Taekwondo Federation) martial arts class combines kicking and punching techniques with stretching, calisthenics, aerobics, and occasional non-contact sparring drills to provide a great full-body workout. We invite participants of all skill levels and fitness levels. Beginners are always welcome!
Yoga
Thursday 8:00 – 9:00am
Saturday 9:00-10:00am
Experience the joys of building a strong body, mind, and spirit through this class. Fundamental yoga poses (asanas) are introduced and practiced with emphasis on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning.
