JSC Parenting Club

The JSC Parenting Club’s purpose is to:

  • Empower and inform working parents
  • Create a space for resources and community
  • Promote flexible and hybrid work schedules for all employees to improve work life balance and mental health
  • Provide programs and share information and resources on adoption, breastfeeding, self-care, work-life balance, mental load, parenting during unprecedented times, family nutrition, telework and hybrid work schedules, having meaningful and productive conversations with your supervisor, back to school preparation, summer camps and activities, family love languages, and more
  • Share Employee Spotlight discussions featuring JSC Parents
  • Invite special guests such as Award-winning authors, advisors, speakers, dieticians, pro-family business owners, university researchers, and more to share on equitable partnerships, race, promoting women in the workplace, nutrition, the mental load and more
  • Collaborate with JSC’s Employee Assistance Program on many of the above topics
  • Surveys the parenting community on current issues and hot topics and shares the results with JSC Senior Leadership
