Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for a fresh spark in your routine, LIFE is more than a workout — it’s your weekly dose of movement, motivation, and meaningful connection.
This one-of-a-kind program blends the best of personal training, group fitness, functional movement, behavior science, and women’s wellness into one transformative experience that truly brings LIFE to your fitness and health goals.
Ladies of all fitness levels are welcome!
What You Get with LIFE:
- Total Body Variety: Each class is a new adventure! No boring routines here — just thoughtfully designed workouts to challenge and energize every part of your body and mind.
- Cardio intervals (low, medium, high intensity)
- Strength training with dumbbells or bodyweight
- Functional movements for everyday strength and mobility
- Barre, yoga, and Pilates-inspired exercises
- Balance, breathwork, and mindfulness
- Team-based games and challenges (yes, fitness can be fun!)
- Recorded Workouts: Missed a session? All classes are recorded and available for 2 weeks — perfect for those days when life gets busy or you want to do your favorite workout again!
- Track Your Transformation: Our signature “Testing Tuesday” monthly assessments help you see and celebrate your progress.
- Mind Meets Body: Each week we tackle inspiring women’s wellness topics designed to help you shift habits, boost confidence, and feel empowered in your own skin.
- The Power of the Pack: We move together, we laugh together, we lift each other up — LIFE is a team, and you’ll feel it from day one.
Fall 2025 LIFE Session Details
- Session Dates: September 9 – December 18 (28 total classes)*
- Class Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays
- Time: 5:45–6:45 PM CT
- Location: Energy Lab + Virtual via Zoom
*No class on Tuesday 11/11 (Veteran’s Day) or Thursday 11/27 (Thanksgiving Day). If any other classes are cancelled for any reason, a makeup class will be offered.
Pricing
- Early Bird (Now through August 28):
- One-time: $399 (just $14.25 per class for 28 classes!)
- Regular (August 29 – September 8):
- One-time: $450
- Two payments: $230 each (first due at registration & second November 1)
What You’ll Need
- If attending in person (highly recommended!), weights, etc. will be provided in the Gilruth Studio – your own mat is recommended.
- If attending virtually, at-home dumbbells and a resistance loop are recommended.
- Bodyweight-only exercise options are always available – I’ve got you!
- All participants are required to set up Zoom access (it’s free!) to access the recorded videos and group chat.
Meet the Instructor
Heather Paul spent over 30 years as an engineer at NASA, developing systems to help humans thrive in space. Today, she helps people – and especially women – thrive on Earth through personalized and group health and wellness offerings.
As a certified personal trainer, health coach, and menopause coach, Heather works with clients of all backgrounds to build strength, resilience, and lifelong health. She combines evidence-based tools with empathy and strategy to help clients feel confident and in control of their wellness journey.

PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE LIFE (LADIES INCLUSIVE FITNESS EXPERIENCE) PROGRAM:
Because this program and the associated workouts and educational content are customized, designed, and delivered to meet each individual client’s needs and goals, as well as the needs and goals of the class, client contracts will not be cancelled, refunded, extended, or put on hold for any reason once the session has started. All students are required to complete all payments due, whether in full or in partial payments.
