Donna Foust – Health and Fitness Program Manager

A highly competent and enthusiastic personal trainer and fitness instructor with a proven ability to help people achieve their fitness goals.  Donna is certified in CPR/AED Adult/Child/Infant; Les Mills Body Pump Instructor; Les Mills Sprint; NAFTA Group Exercise Certified and NAFTA Power Cycle Certification.

Tarha Young – Health and Fitness Specialist

Tarha grew up in  Baltimore, MD.  She graduated from Salisbury University receiving a B.S. in Exercise Science.  While attending Salisbury University, she was an active member in the Untouchables Dance Group, where she was also the Vice President.  She loves dancing and staying active.  Throughout her college career she taught dance classes to youth and taught Zumba to all ages.  Since college, she’s been training and teaching Group Exercise classes.  She enjoys helping others to live their best life.  In addition to her degree, Tarha is a certified personal trainer.  She also holds certifications in Zumba, Spinning and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Membership Fees

​Federal Employee Options

  • $200/year with 1 year commitment (check or money order only)
  • $20/month (must be electronic funds transfer (EFT))
  • $10/weekly rate (temporary visiting employees payable with check or money order only)
  • $5/month for showers/locker room only (check or money order only)

Contractor Options

  • $220/year with 1 year commitment (check or money order only)
  • $22/month (must be electronic funds transfer (EFT)
  • $10/weekly rate (Temporary visiting employees payable with check or money order only)
  • $5/month for Showers/Locker Room only (check or money order) 

How to Enroll

  • Complete the Aquila Fitness Center application
  • Come to the Fitness Center to complete a blood pressure screening
  • Pick up your access key tag and schedule an optional complimentary fitness orientation
