U.S. Army Colonel Doug Wheelock will fly aboard the Soyuz TMA-19 spacecraft to serve as an Expedition 24 flight engineer and commander of Expedition 25 on the International Space Station. In 2007, Wheelock visited the station as an STS-120 mission specialist and conducted three spacewalks.

Commander of the Soyuz TMA-19 spacecraft, cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin will serve as a flight engineer for Expeditions 24 and 25 aboard the International Space Station. This marks his third trip to the station, visiting as a member of the STS-112 crew aboard space shuttle Atlantis in 2002 and serving a six-month tour of duty as Expedition 15 commander in 2007.

Previously she served as the crew support astronaut for Expedition 14 and lead spacecraft communicator for the STS-118 shuttle mission.
