Proposal Submissions

The NASA SBIR/STTR program currently operates two submission and award management tools: ProSAMS (Proposal Submissions and Awards Management System) and the EHB (Electronic Handbook). The program is in the process of retiring the EHB and incrementally replacing it with ProSAMS, which is designed to be an intuitive, user-friendly system that will help streamline the NASA SBIR/STTR program’s application, review, and award management processes.
