Help Build the Moon Base
The Moon Base represents one of the most ambitious engineering and exploration efforts in human history — and it cannot be achieved alone. NASA is partnering with commercial industry, academia, international agencies, and innovators around the world to develop the technologies, infrastructure, and operational capabilities needed to establish a sustained human presence on the Moon. The future of lunar exploration will be built through collaboration, and NASA invites the global community to help shape what comes next.
CLPS (Commercial Lunar Payload Services) 2.0
NASA’s CLPS (Commercial Lunar Payload Services) initiative is continuing into its next phase with CLPS 2.0, a follow-on effort designed to expand lunar delivery capabilities and support future Moon exploration goals. Building on lessons learned from earlier missions, CLPS 2.0 will continue supporting the delivery of science, technology, and infrastructure to the lunar surface and orbit while increasing flexibility, collaboration with industry partners, and long-term mission planning.

Lunar Enabling Infrastructure Accelerator
This opportunity will help advance the readiness of key technologies needed to support future lunar surface and cislunar operations. Through this solicitation, NASA is seeking proposals from U.S. institutions to mature and demonstrate capabilities in areas including vertical solar arrays, in-situ resource utilization oxygen production, Stirling radioisotope generators, in-space manufacturing, and advanced nanomaterials production. The work supported under this effort will contribute to NASA’s broader Moon Base objectives by advancing critical systems and capabilities needed for sustained exploration beyond Earth.
