Visitor Center

The Wallops Visitor Center showcases the world of past, present and future flight.

Our Visitors relive an exciting time that sparks their imaginations about the future. The journey begins with ancient Chinese and Greek stories of flight, continues through the early 1900s with the start of powered flight, moves into the modern era with the first flight of the Space Shuttle, and beyond.

A gift shop and picnic facilities are available for your enjoyment. Admission to the Wallops Visitor Center and all of its programs is free to the public.
