OSDR Releases New API!
The OSDR Biological Data API is transforming how researchers access and analyze biological datasets from GeneLab and ALSDA. This tool provides a seamless way to query metadata and data, enabling users to efficiently retrieve information through a REST (Representational State Transfer) interface or in a tabular format. With the latest update, interactive in-browser viewers are now available, making it even easier to explore both REST and tabular outputs. These enhancements improve usability and accessibility of the data , ensuring that researchers can navigate complex datasets with ease.
Designed to support both simple and advanced queries, the API empowers users to streamline data retrieval, facilitate reproducible analyses and metaanalyses, and gain comprehensive access to OSDR’s rich metadata.
