Current Information
On January 20, 2025, the President of the United States of America signed an Executive Order titled, “Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions,” which repeals Executive Order 14035, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce.” In response to the Executive Order, the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Plan Data Requirements Description is no longer required to be included as part of the offeror(s)’ proposal. This requirement will be removed from the Final Request for Proposal.
