04/16/2026 This notice is to advise procurement activities for Simulation and Software Technology (SST) III follow-on have now begun.
The follow-on requirement for the current SST III contract will be named Virtual Engineering & Spacecraft Flight Applications (VESFA). NASA’s intent is to comply with Executive Order 14240, Eliminating Waste and Saving Taxpayer Dollars by Consolidating Procurement, issued March 2025 by conducting the VESFA procurement utilizing the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant 2 Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).
