John McCullough serves as the acting director of the Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN) division within NASA’s Research and Technology Mission Directorate. He leads NASA’s global space communications and navigation enterprise where he is responsible for the operations, modernization, and resilience of the networks that connect NASA’s human exploration and science missions across Earth orbit, the Moon, and deep space.

Philip Baldwin is the deputy director for NASA’s SCaN (Space Communications and Navigation) division. He also supports the director of SCaN in ensuring the continued delivery of critical communications supporting NASA’s exploration and scientific objectives.

Jena L. Garrahy is the deputy program manager for network operations in NASA’s SCaN (Space Communication and Navigation) division, overseeing daily operations of the Near Space Network and Deep Space Network. She ensures these networks remain reliable through maintenance, engineering, and upgrades to support future mission needs.

Greg Heckler serves as the deputy program manager for capability development within NASA’s SCaN (Space Communications and Navigation) division. In this role, he oversees the planning and execution of technology and development initiatives to transform NASA’s communication and navigation capabilities to support human and robotic exploration across Earth, the Moon, Mars, and deep space.
