
Expedition 38
Protein crystal growth and immunity experiments during Expedition 38 looked to provide insights and develop treatments for a variety of diseases and aging conditions. New equipment used lasers to enable the spectral analysis of gases in the station environment and test beaming large amounts of data from space to the ground.
