NASA’s SpaceX Crew-11 Returns to Houston
The four crew members of NASA’s SpaceX Crew-11 mission have arrived at the agency’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, where they will continue standard postflight reconditioning and evaluations. As part of Crew-11, NASA astronauts Zena Cardman and Mike Fincke, JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) astronaut Kimiya Yui, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Platonov safely splashed down on Jan. 15 off the coast of San Diego, successfully completing a more than five month mission aboard the International Space Station.
Following splashdown and recovery, the four crew members completed a planned overnight stay at a local medical facility for additional evaluation and have been released as expected. All crew members remain stable. To protect the crew’s medical privacy, no specific details regarding the condition or individual will be shared.
