NASA Awards Systems and Software Engineering Tools Blanket Purchase Agreement

NASA has issued a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to TMC Technologies of West Virginia Corp., for Systems and Software Engineering Tools 2 (SET2) in support of NASA’s Katherine Johnson Independent Verification IV&V Program in Fairmont, West Virginia.

The firm-fixed price BPA has a maximum value of $24 million with one base year beginning June 1, and four one-year options to extend the period of performance.

The purpose of this contract is to acquire specialized systems and software engineering services in support of the Software Assurance Tools and John McBride Software Testing and Research groups within the NASA IV&V Program. The services include, but may not be limited to, software development, maintenance, system administration, helpdesk, training, lab management, and other engineering services.

The mission of the IV&V Program is to provide NASA with assurance that their safety and mission-critical software will operate reliably and safely and to advance the systems and software engineering disciplines.
