Optics Field Metrology Laboratory (OFML)
Overview
The OFML Laboratory is a mobile measurement and alignment group that uses off-the-shelf optical instrumentation to perform three-dimensional measurements, modeling, reverse engineering, and quality assurance on spacecraft, spacecraft components, avionics packages, payloads, Ground Support Equipment, and NASA facilities to metrology standards (0.005”).
