Atlas V Launch Vehicle Boosts OSIRIS-REx to an Asteroid

An Atlas V launch vehicle with a single-engine Centaur upper stage lifts off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station carrying NASA’s Origins, Spectral Interpretation, Resource Identification, Security-Regolith Explorer, or OSIRIS-REx spacecraft. Liftoff was at 7:05 p.m. EDT.
