
NASA’s VIPER Rover Undergoing Thermal-Vacuum Testing at Johnson Space Center
Engineers work on NASA’s VIPER (Volatiles Investigating Polar Exploration Rover) inside Chamber A at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in August 2024. The rover underwent thermal-vacuum testing to help prepare it for operations in the extreme environment of the lunar South Pole.
