Cosmonaut Yuri Gidzenko trains for the Expedition 1 mission

JSC2000-05364 (7 June 2000) --- Cosmonaut Yuri Gidzenko, Soyuz commander for the Expedition 1 crew, checks his thermal undergarment prior to donning an Orlan space suit. Gidzenko was about to participate in an underwater spacewalk simulation in the Hydrolab facility at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Russia.
