Kim installs Colloidal Solids hardware in MSG

iss073e0003437 (Apr. 28, 2025) --- NASA astronaut Jonny Kim installs the Colloidal Solids hardware in the Microgravity Science Glovebox (MSG) aboard the International Space Station. This investigation studies the formation and stability of soft solids such as colloidal substances like gels and glasses as well as protein solutions in microgravity. Investigation findings could help develop new materials for Earth and space use.
