Orbiting Carbon Observatory 2 (OCO-2) is NASA’s first remote sensing satellite dedicated to studying atmospheric carbon dioxide. OCO-2 collects global measurements of atmospheric carbon dioxide with the precision, resolution, and coverage necessary to characterize sources and fluxes on regional scales.
