Environmental Test and Integration Facilities
Goddard’s Integration and Test Complex is one of the most comprehensive and capable spaceflight test facilities within the United States Government.
Goddard’s I&T facilities provide projects with cleanrooms and test facilities for building flight hardware and ensuring it will withstand the launch, space, and electromagnetic environments. The Environmental Test Engineering and Integration Branch has long-range goals of advancing state-of-the-art of environmental testing and aiding the development of improved spaceflight systems.

The cFS Bundle is a comprehensive, platform-independent software framework designed to support embedded real-time systems. Its architecture is optimized for reuse, rapid development, and portability across diverse mission environments.
Disaggregated Observatory for Mission Efficiency (DOME)
DOME specializes in building relationships between government spaceflight needs and commercial industry capabilities.
DOME is a disaggregated observation architecture designed to increase the pace of innovation and achieve high priority exploration and science objectives cost-effectively. It leverages industry capabilities and investments – along with NASA technology – to enable a federated collection of instrumented spacecraft to meet the objectives of multiple exploration and science disciplines and US national needs.
3D Printing of Electronics Laboratory

The 3D lab enhances partnerships with leading research institutions in academia and industry, and enables an agile project posture for current spaceflight projects by prototyping boards early and iterating through research and rapid prototyping.
