Developed in consultation with the Advisory Council on Historic Properties, the National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers, and other consulting parties, the NASA Nationwide Programmatic Agreement (NPA) was built on the premise that modifying the agency’s historic properties to support their continued use in NASA missions contributes to their historic significance.
