Late 1966 – Network Testing and Training Facility (NTTF) Established

The Network Testing and Training Facility (NTTF) was established at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center. The building was divided into two equipment laboratories for the Satellite Tracking and Data Acquisition Network (STADAN) and Mercury Space Flight Network (MSFN). The facility was responsible for training personnel and testing equipment for the networks.
