Bio:

Mr. T. Paul Bui was born and raised in South Vietnam in the early 1960s. He evacuated to the U.S. in the ‘70s via Thailand.  He graduated from Massachusetts Institution of Technology with a B.S. (Electrical Engineering) in 1984. His post-graduate at Stanford University included studies in medical engineering, aeronautics, and cube-sat developments.  He was also a candidate for a M.S. from San Jose State University (Meteorology) in 1992.  In 1984, he joined NASA Ames as a software developer for the High Altitude Meteorological Measurement System (MMS) on the ER-2 platform, and participated in the start of the NASA atmospheric airborne field study.  He is now the MMS Principal Investigator with payload on the AJAX, ER-2, DC-8, Global-Hawk, WB-57F, and UAV-Sierra.
