Japan’s External Platform with Endless Possibilities

The JEM-EF platform can hold up to 10 instruments and hosts a variety of science and engineering experiments focused on areas such as Earth observation, communication, and materials science. Inside Kibo, a variety of experiments in biology, physics, technology, and other fields are conducted within its numerous research racks.
