iss069e031305 (Jul. 13, 2023) --- NASA astronaut Frank Rubio conducts the Genes in Space-10 experiment, which tests a method for measuring the length of telomeres, the cap-like structures at the end of DNA. This investigation may provide a method for onboard DNA measurements and genetic-based medical diagnostics, supporting biological research in space.
