jsc2019e038366 (July 4, 2019) — At the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, Expedition 60 backup crewmembers Soichi Noguchi of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (left), Sergey Ryzhikov of Roscosmos (center) and Tom Marshburn of NASA (left) arrive July 4 after a flight from their training base outside Moscow for final pre-launch preparations. They are the backups to Drew Morgan of NASA, Alexander Skvortsov of Roscosmos and Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency, who will launch July 20 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz MS-13 spacecraft for a mission on the International Space Station.
