June 28, 2015 – As first light reaches the skies at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 40, the countdown is underway for the liftoff of a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket. On its seventh commercial resupply services mission to the International Space Station, Dragon will deliver additional supplies and research materials that improve life on Earth and drive progress toward future space exploration. It also will deliver the first of two international docking adapters, which will enable future commercial crew vehicles to dock to the orbiting laboratory. Photo credit: NASA
