Olga Emgushov
Senior Medical Officer
Dr. Olga Emgushov is the Senior Medical Officer within the Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO). Her primary responsibilities are to provide oversight of all Centers’ Employee Health programs to include Occupational Medicine, Health Promotion, Wellness, Fitness, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Federal Workers’ Compensation, to ensure the health and wellbeing of all NASA employees.
Dr. Emgushov received her medical degree from the University of Hawaii’s John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii and completed her Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Hawaii, is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (FACOEM). She brings a wealth of expertise in occupational, administrative, and clinical medicine, coupled with a deep understanding of public health and preparedness, gained through her extensive work in both government and commercial sectors.
