Kurt Straub
Deputy Procurement Officer, Research Centers: Glenn Research Center (GRC), Ames Research Center (ARC), Langley Research Center (LaRC), Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC)
Mr. Straub was selected to a limited term appointment to the Senior Executive Service position of Procurement Officer in August, 2017.
He has over 30 years of diverse contracting, leadership, and division management experience with NASA.
Mr. Straub served on NASA’s core team implementing the Contract Management Module, and also served as NASA GRC’s Center Business Process Lead for procurement. For the 4 years prior to his selection as Procurement Officer, he served as the Chief of the Research and Space Operations Branch.
