Katie McBrayer has been with NASA since 2020 where she has supported a wide range of the SMAB portfolio, including science, human exploration, and technology capabilities. In 2022 she was selected for a detail opportunity to NASA HQ as a policy fellow. There she contributed to several efforts to evaluate the policy implications of a number of NASA activities, including the Moon to Mars Objectives and the Artemis program. On her return, Ms. McBrayer served as the deputy team lead for the Campaign Analysis Team within the Strategy and Architecture Office for two years and has now transitioned into a new role supporting the SMAB STMD portfolio, helping with their strategic planning and integration work. She is dedicated to helping propel humanity back to the Moon and on to Mars.
