Chuck Fulcher

Chuck Fulcher has performed in varied technical areas through his 20-year career, including international contract negotiations, new product development, technology assessment and evaluation, international business development, product research and development, risk management, program management. Fulcher supported the EVA Office at the Johnson Space Center for 12 years beginning in 1998, where he focused on Russian EVA Interoperability and Integration in support of the International Space Station program. As part of this work, he managed and supervised an American team of Russian Spacesuit specialists. His team provided critical console support in Houston, Texas and Moscow, Russia during real-time on-orbit EVA activities, and provided EVA training support in Star City, Russia for U.S. astronauts training for future ISS missions.  More recently, as the lead engineer and program manager supporting Oceaneering’s Constellation Space Suit System (CSSS) contract, Fulcher supervised a team of 12 engineers to develop a new spacesuit for NASA’s Constellation Program.

Fulcher has a Master of Science in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama, and a Bachelor of Theology from Liberty Bible College.
