
Christine Ragno Jenkins
Project Coordination
Christine Jenkins is a Senior System Engineering Leader with Stellar Solutions. She is responsible for challenge formulation, proposal evaluation integration, and challenge execution with NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI). Her experience in human spaceflight includes an engineering integration role on the Orion Crew Module supporting Lockheed Martin Space Systems. Christine previously held roles in the Intelligence Community including System Acquisition Manager and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) for the Department of Defense, System Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) supporting the Federal Government, and project manager and technology solutions consultant for Silicon Graphics computer systems. She has considerable knowledge of signal recognition and geolocation systems. Christine was a project manager for Schlumberger working in state government and utility projects and was the Director of Paragon Dynamics. She has extensive experience in all aspects of system acquisition and development and delivery. She has been responsible for requirement definition, allocation, and verification, systems engineering, and test engineering. She has developed interface control documentation, concepts of operation, contractual data requirements lists (CDRL), and operational acceptance test scenarios. Christine is a certified Scrum Product Owner, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is also certified in DAWIA System Planning, Analysis, Research, Development, and Engineering. Christine is also certified as a Level I Professional Continuity Practitioner by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Christine received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and her M.S. degree in Engineering Administration from the George Washington University.
