Professional Biography
Cecilia Chang got her B.A. from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and M.S. from International Technology University in Santa Clara, CA. She has been working at NASA Ames Research Center since 1997. From 1997-now, she supports and develops software for the Meteorological Measurement System (MMS) group of the Earth Science Division. In her career, she has successfully supported 30 NASA earth science missions, including AJAX. From 2007-2018, she also supported and developed software for the Sunphotometer group of the Earth Science Division.
