How to Apply
Applying to the NASA Small Business Supplier Development Program is a collaborative process that begins with identifying both the mentor and protégé. NASA does not pair partners or assign participants; instead, vendors must independently identify and agree on their partnership before submitting a joint Mentor‑Protégé Agreement (MPA) Application. Mentors and protégés do not apply separately—both parties work together to complete a single application that details their partnership, proposed developmental assistance, and alignment with NASA mission priorities.
A mentor must be a current NASA prime contractor with at least one contract that includes an individual small business subcontracting plan. Protégés must qualify as one of the following: a small business concern, a Historically Black College or University, a Minority‑Serving Institution, or an AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agency.

Everything you need to submit with your application is included in this package. Do not use or rely on any previous NASA template or form—this streamlined package is now the sole required submission.
