JSC2003-E-31969 (5 May 2002) --- This wide shot was taken near the landing site of the Soyuz TM-33 spacecraft not far from the town of Arkalyk, Kazakhstan, soon after the Soyuz 4 ISS Taxi mission ended there. The spacecraft's landing parachute can be seen lying on the ground, near the early stages of a medical tent, which required about two minutes to deploy. Helicopters with aid and rescue team members approached the site soon after landing at 7:52 a.m. Moscow time. Onboard were Yuri Gidzenko, commander; Roberto Vittori, flight engineer; and space flight participant Mark Shuttleworth of South Africa. Gidzenko is with Rosaviakosmos and Vittori represents the European Space Agency (ESA). Photo Credit: NASA/Marty Linde
