CAIB Press Briefing in Washington DC

Members of the Columbia Accident Investigation Board (CAIB) were on hand at the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) conference center in Washington DC to brief the media regarding the release of the Board's official report on August 26, 2003. Laura Brown (on left), CAIB Public Affairs, facilitated the briefing. Members representing the Board (from left to right) are CAIB Chairman Hal Gehman, Dr. John Logsdon, Mr. Scott Hubbard, Dr. Sheila Widnall, Mr. Steve Wallace, Maj. Gen. John Barry, and Rear Adm. Stephen Turcotte.
