First RS-25 Test of 2023

NASA conducts the first RS-25 hot fire of 2023 on the Fred Haise Test Stand at NASA Stennis on Feb. 8. NASA Stennis is on the front line of the next great era of human space exploration as it tests propulsion systems and engines to help power Artemis missions on the SLS (Space Launch System) rocket to deep space. Through Artemis, NASA is continuing its mission to explore the secrets of the universe for the benefit of all and to inspire the world through discovery.
