What makes your job at NASA exciting or unique?

I am a very analytical person, and I love working with numbers. To me, research and analysis where budgets are concerned is exciting! In particular, part of my job as a resource analyst (RA) is working with NASA’s Search and Rescue (SAR) office. SAR is a very important project here at NASA because their work saves lives. Ensuring they have the resources they need is essential! I think that makes my job unique. Another of the projects I work with as an RA is the Exploration Systems Project (ESP). One of the many things ESP does is to help train astronauts. My job as RA is to ensure they have the funding to complete their work!
