Cygnus Separates from Centaur

In the Mission Director’s Center at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, NASA and contractor managers celebrate as the Cygnus spacecraft separates from the Centaur upper stage of an Atlas V rocket. On a commercial resupply services mission to the International Space Station, the enhanced Cygnus will deliver more than 7,000 pounds of supplies, equipment and scientific research materials that improve life on Earth and drive progress toward future space exploration.
