Capacities: High bay hangar: 114’D x 152’W (17,328 ft2) x 32.5’H. One hangar door located on south side with two 15′ drive-through doors, and a 15′ drive-through door on north side of building.

Unique Capabilities: Office, conference rooms, laboratory, and restrooms. In-floor heating and evaporative cooling. Aircraft air-conditioning system in middle of hangar, AFFF fire system.

Availability: 365 days a year
