Flow calibration services at White Sands Test Facility compares the quantity of fluid passed or passing, through the flow meter with the quantity measured by the standard measurement of mass or volume across a significant flow rate range. Any deviation from the standard is identified and corrected.
Based on the end use of the flow measurement equipment, flow calibration standards may be static (flow rates with slow response times) or dynamic (flow rates with fast response times).
