By submitting an image or video for this activity, you agree to grant the U.S. Government and its contractors and authorized agents a royalty-free, irrevocable right to reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, or otherwise feature the image or video in any and all media and for any and all purposes. Submitted images or videos should be the sole original work of the person submitting. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any image or video containing an image of a person has been taken with the permission of that person (or, when under 18, the consent of their parent or guardian), and any necessary permissions and/or releases required to have their image submitted for this activity have been obtained. Submitted images or video must not infringe on the copyright of any third party. The entrant must own the copyright for the submitted image or video and for the usage rights required by the U.S. Government. Submissions should be original works created solely of the submitter that reflect the individual’s unique creativity, intellectual effort, and artistic choices, and should not use generative AI tools. Submitted images or video must not infringe the privacy rights, or any other rights of any person. Copyright of an image or video submitted for this activity remains with the respective entrants. However, while NASA will use reasonable efforts to credit the creator, we will not seek permission to reuse an image after it has been submitted. NASA has no obligation to publish or use or retain any images or video you submit.
