Collecting Bioluminescent Plankton

A plankton net trails in the water behind a boat in the waters off La Parguera, Puerto Rico, gathering samples of bioluminescent plankton while lightning crackles in the distance. The samples will be analyzed in a lab by OCEANOS interns, as they learn the basics of marine biology and scientific field work.
