Save the Eggs at NASA Visitor Center April 6

Join the NASA Wallops Flight Facility Visitor Center for the fourth annual Save the Eggs event featuring a space-themed egg hunt and egg science demonstrations from 1 – 3 p.m., Saturday, April 6.

Arrive early to participate in the space-themed egg hunt starting promptly at 1 p.m. on the grounds of the Visitor Center. The hunt will include two separate zones, one for young and one for older children. The space eggs will be filled with toys, stickers, tattoos and more. Hunters are encouraged to bring a bag to hold the eggs they collect.
For the remainder of the event, watch entertaining and educational live science demonstrations featuring eggs in the Visitor Center’s auditorium.

All activities are free and open to the public. Families are encouraged to arrive early to be ready for the space-themed egg hunt at 1 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public. Supplies and space are limited.

The NASA Visitor Center, located on Va. Rt. 175 about six miles from U. S. Route 13 and five miles from Chincoteague, is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
